OffPlatform is designed to provide guests and hosts with direct booking capability via an online marketplace, and gives guests the option to choose the platform from which they’d like to book (TPAs or direct book with host).
By using OffPlatform, they are able to see the price differentials as fees, commissions, and taxes are (or aren’t!) applied through each platform.
OffPlatform does not facilitate bookings, collect money, extend rental agreements, etc. The relationship is between the host, the guest, and the platform through which the reservation takes place (TPA or direct)

While increasing your direct bookings is the goal (revenue and control should be YOURS), the audience reached by the TPAs is outstanding and should not be discounted. Work with the platform(s) that you find value in partnering with.
Verifying your listing builds trust with guests and may improve your listing’s visibility in search results. Verified listings show a “Verified Host” badge, which can lead to more inquiries and bookings.
To start the verification process, log in to your Host Dashboard and follow the instructions for “Listing Verification.” You may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of property ownership or management.
OffPlatform.com is an online marketplace. Some listings may be aggregated from other public sources to provide guests with the most comprehensive search results. If you are the owner of a listing and wish to claim and verify it, please follow our verification process.
Our Terms of Service require that all Hosts represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and authority to list a property. For more information, please review our Terms of Service.
We do not accept links to insecure (non-HTTPS) websites, incomplete or non-functional websites, or links that redirect to other major travel agencies or marketplaces. Your “Book-Direct” link should lead to your own professional website with a functional booking engine.
You can manage all your listings directly from your Host Dashboard. From there, you can edit property details, update your calendar, change photos, or deactivate/delete a listing.

We often will display verified listings for guests so they can select the best accommodation for their requirements. Remember that as a verified host, we also show your listing on other host’s property detail pages, increasing Direct Book visibility for all verified hosts.
